The Manager of Projects is responsible for scheduling, tasking, monitoring, and reporting projects. Project Managers are responsible for managing projects from start to finish, including scope definition, risk identification, project planning, and execution.

4) IT Security Department

This department is responsible for protecting the company’s computer systems from data loss or harm. This is done through information security policies, access controls, security audits, virus protection, firewalls, and encryption.

5) Technical Support Department 

This department is responsible for solving the technical problems of the company’s employees. They also provide support to users. The people who work here include a Help Desk Supervisor, a Help Desk Manager, a Service Desk Manager, and a Help Desk Technician. 

A Help Desk Supervisor is responsible for supervising the team. While the Help Desk Manager is responsible for maintaining the help desk database system. 

A Service Desk Manager is responsible for overseeing all the services of the help desk. A Help Desk Technician is responsible for providing on-site assistance to employees.

6) Network Management Department

This department is responsible for managing the network systems of the company. They also provide remote access for employees. The people who work here include a Network Manager, Technical Manager, and Network Administrators. 

A Network Manager works with other departments to oversee network security, network capacity, and disaster recovery.

A Technical Manager is responsible for managing the technical assets of the company. They also ensure that policies are being followed properly by the employees.
